~Cranial-Sacral- Is used to reduce headaches, tension, cranial/skull concussions, and supports to reduce over all pain. This modality supports the body with total relaxation. This modality often releases restrictions to carry the spinal fluids into tailbone and the nervous system by way of the dura-tube/spine from the cranium/head throughout the nerves into the entire body for over all relaxation and fluidity. ~This modality helps to relieve stress, tension and traumatic intensity. This modality is very gently applied and nurturing. ~Helps to restore balance and equilibrium, energy and circulation. ~This modality is amazing for concussions and head injuries because it is so gentle. What is Cranial Sacral - Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It's a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum- (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.
